I bought my last truck at Reliable Ford six years ago, I have had it serviced there ever since, they are the best of the best! It was time to trade it in this past week. I was looking for an upgrade and Sara was the absolute best!!! She really took the time to listen to my wants and needs and was very knowledgeable on all of the different models I was looking at. This really helped in making my final decision on my new 2025 Lariat which I am absolutely LOVING!!! Between Sara and Tammy we had the deal done that day and now I am enjoying all of the amazing features that come with my new truck!

We had been looking all over Ontario for a truck we liked. We stumbled upon Reliable Ford and I reached out to Tammy to get information on this 2025 Ford F150 we seen on their website. From that moment on, Tammy was kind, informative and extremely helpful. We live 6 hours away from the dealership and Tammy and Kendra made sure this was as seamless as possible. I purchased my truck from Reliable Ford, and had a great experience with the sales rep and finance team! I also have had service performed there (as well as other dealers in the area). This location stands out to me, as they're able to turn my vehicle around quickly and with care. The staff (parts, service, etc.) are always friendly. The waiting area and coffee setup is nice too, when having to bring my work/computer along.
Of note - on a recent visit, a minor mistake was made. Multiple service reps quickly worked together to remedy the issue, without hesitation. I don't expect things to go perfectly, but I do expect a prompt response from the customer service team to make things right. These folks do it right, and I'm happy to continuing returning to Reliable Ford.
Anytime I take my vehicles to Reliable for service, I could not be more satisfied.
Mike Arthurs is my go - to in service. He goes out of his way to address any concerns. He is fair with the costs associated - he tries to get your vehicle fixed properly without changing unnecessary parts. I feel like he treats my vehicles as though they were his own. 🙂
