I purchased my truck from Reliable Ford, and had a great experience with the sales rep and finance team! I also have had service performed there (as well as other dealers in the area). This location stands out to me, as they're able to turn my vehicle around quickly and with care. The staff (parts, service, etc.) are always friendly. The waiting area and coffee setup is nice too, when having to bring my work/computer along.
Of note - on a recent visit, a minor mistake was made. Multiple service reps quickly worked together to remedy the issue, without hesitation. I don't expect things to go perfectly, but I do expect a prompt response from the customer service team to make things right. These folks do it right, and I'm happy to continuing returning to Reliable Ford.
Purchasing our second vehicle from Reliable Ford in Fergus made for another great experience! Tammy is great to work with.
