I brought an expensive set of wheels to get new tires mounted and balanced. The dealer I normally used would not touch my wheels as they were worried about scratching them. I called reliable ford and they had the correct equipment to mount the tire without damaging the wheels. The service technicians also took extra time and care to make sure the wheels came out in perfect condition. Very pleased with the level of service that went into getting the job done.
Sara and Tammy were incredibly helpful and accommodating to my every request-even when I kept changing my mind. Their expertise and knowledge allowed me to feel very confident making decisions during the purchase and financing process.
